How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details, total price, delivery cost, and product list.
What delivery options are available in Finland?
Orders can be delivered via Postnord to your nearest pickup point, parcel locker, or directly to your home.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many European countries. Shipping fees vary by destination, and free shipping is available for orders over €150–€200 depending on the country.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic delivery in Finland takes about 1–4 business days. International delivery times vary by location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over €80 in Finland and €150–€200 internationally (depending on the country) qualify for free shipping.
Do prices include VAT?
For EU customers, prices include VAT (25.5%). For non-EU customers, VAT is not included, and local customs duties or taxes may apply.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to exchange or return unused, unopened products in original packaging. Sample and sale products are non-returnable.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer: €10 within Finland, and country-specific fees internationally.
What happens if I don’t collect my order?
Uncollected packages are not treated as returns. A €12 handling fee will be charged, and reshipments will incur regular delivery fees.
What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days at info@scentsophy.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
